On the treadmill writing 
I do 3 big workouts on the traDmill 
each week

Love the mental aspect of long runs on a mill') 

Next up I have a 3,000 on the track , the BU mini meet on January 23rd. Should be a humbling experience! I am going to put in 3 track workouts before then to practice. This is part of the USATF-NE all terrain series that I am doing this year.
Snow shoe race in Feb - first one ever!

Goal NY marathon in Feb 

Then I have speed training leading up to a goal 300 marathon the end of May
